Defiant is designed to feel like a normal browser tool. No accounts, no logins, no servers — it lives in your browser and runs only when you tell it to.
Install Defiant in your browser
Load Defiant as an unpacked browser extension. The extension only activates on the Forge of Empires game page — it does nothing anywhere else.
Open Forge of Empires and sign in
Sign in to your world the same way you always do. Defiant doesn't handle your login and never asks for your password.
Open the Defiant panel
A docked panel appears alongside the game. The header shows live status, and the tab bar across the top lets you jump between modules: GE, Sniping, City, Inventory, Map, Quest, and Settings.
Pick the module you want
Each module is independent. Heading into Guild Expedition? Open the GE tab and choose Auto Battle or Auto Negotiate. Hunting Great Building spots? Open Sniping and click Scan GBs. Most modules need a single click to begin.
Set your guardrails
Visit Settings to confirm the safety options that match how you play — block diamond spending (on by default), set a per-session medal cap, choose your action delay, and decide whether automation should pause on reconnects.
Run your daily routine
Open Settings → Daily Routine, check off the boxes for what you want done each day (incidents, relics, productions, map refresh, inventory sync), and hit Run. One button, daily chores done.
Stop anytime
Every running module has a stop button that takes effect instantly. Closing the panel or the game tab also halts automation. Nothing keeps running in the background after you leave.
Get the most out of Defiant.
A few small habits turn Defiant from "useful" into "essential":
- Use the Daily Routine button instead of running modules one at a time.
- Bump the action delay up if your connection is shaky.
- Run the GB sniper on Friends + Guild before your guild's coordinated push.
- Keep diamond spending blocked — medal-only is almost always the right call.
- Check the rewards log occasionally to see how much GE has actually paid out.
Settings persist
Your toggles, priority lists, and history stay in your browser. Open Defiant tomorrow and it picks up where you left off.
Everything is logged
GE rewards, relic finds, sniped spots, collected incidents, daily routine runs — all kept in the panel for review.
